Brow Shop's Perma Blend Eyeliner Pigment Starter Kit has been carefully selected by a small group of artists specialising in colour theory. This kit offers you 4 (15ml bottles) of the most essential eyeliner tones in the Perma Blend line so you can spend less time choosing the right pigments, and more time creating stunning eyeliner tattoos your clients will love.
