The dye in these markers is designed for surgery and is hence difficult to remove with wiping. Mark only very small dots so that if they don't rub off during the procedure they're small enough to not be noticed.

Viscot has been producing products like these in the US since 1974 and are one of the biggest names in surgical markers. These non-sterile mini surgical markers are only 10cm long and are perfect for cosmetic tattoo and microblading. They have a 1mm tip and are scrub resistant (use witch hazel to remove). They use the standard gentian violet ink, which comes out a purple colour.
