I forgot to add an item to my order! What can i do?
Oopsie! Forgot to add that must-have item to your order? No worries! Just shoot us an email at support@browshop.com.au with your order number and the details of your oopsie moment. Let us know how you'd like to fix it before we whisk your goodies away.
Placed your order before 12pm Monday to Friday (AEST)? You're in luck! We'll send it out the same day. After that, your order's on its way, and we can't make any changes. So, let's get it right before the clock strikes noon!
I've entered the wrong address, HELP!
Oops, entered the wrong shipping address? No worries! Just shoot us an email at support@browshop.com.au with your order number, and we'll get it sorted before your package takes off on its grand adventure.
Remember, all orders placed before 12 pm Monday - Friday (AEST) get the VIP treatment with same-day dispatch.
But once your order's out the door, it's on its merry way and we can no longer make changes. So double-check those details and we'll handle the rest!

International Orders:
Your order embarks on its journey with Australia Post, cruising the seas until it reaches your country. There, it gets handed off to your local postal hero.
Track your treasure through the shipping provider's website:

- Australia Post: Track Your Parcel
If Australia Post is your carrier, you can also track it through your country's official postal website.
Remember, your tracking number is your trusty sidekick! Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it's up to you to keep tabs on its adventure. 🕵️♀️📦 Happy tracking!
