If you're not happy, we're not happy!

We pride ourselves on finding the best quality products for your needs so if you aren't happy with your purchase or if your product is faulty, feel free to return it to us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

When sending a return, please pack the product into its original box with as much packaging as possible.
Please pack your return product carefully, and consider returning in a box if appropriate. Bubble wrap or padded bags are generally not enough to prevent damage in transit, so we strongly recommend a box for shipping.
If the product arrives damaged, it may affect your return, so it's important it arrives in good shape. And if you could include a short note including the reason for return, your order number and any other relevant details that would be much appreciated!
As soon as we receive your returned parcel, we'll assess your claim and we'll be in touch.

Please note : if Browshop orders something in specifically for you or your salon/business, this cannot be returned for change of mind.
