Returns – the Browshop Way! 💖

Hey there, Brow Beauties! If you’re not feeling the love with your purchase, don’t worry - we’ve got your back! We’re all about high-quality goodies and high-fives, so if your product doesn’t tickle your fancy or has gone rogue on you, return it to us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Here’s the scoop:

1. A-List Condition Only: Make sure your returned item is still rocking that brand-new look - unused, in its original packaging, and with all parts and accessories.

2. Bubble Wrap? Pfft. To ensure your return doesn’t arrive looking like it went on a wild adventure, pack it up nice and snug. A box is your best friend here - bubble wrap or padded bags might not be enough to keep things safe.

3. Damage Control: If the product arrives damaged, it might affect your return. So, pack it carefully, and drop us a note with your return reason, order number, and any other juicy details we should know.

Refunds & Return Costs:

  • Digital Downloads: Sorry, these are non-returnable. Once you’ve downloaded, it’s yours to love or leave.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds go back to the original payment method. Expect it to show up in 2-3 business days.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You’ll cover the return shipping costs. And, just a heads-up - if you get a refund, those shipping costs will be deducted from it.

6. Oops, Damage or Missing Items? If your order arrives looking like it took a tumble, email us at support@browshop.com.au within 7 days of receiving it. Include a photo of your invoice, the damaged items, or any missing goodies, and we’ll sort it out.
