Your role as our Customer Care & Relationships Coordinator will be to design and manage the experience of every business and individual we engage with. You’ll take care of everyone, doing everything from solving enquiries to assembling interesting VIP experiences. You’ll also build capability and capacity in our team by using the data and knowledge you gain from our customers.
The position is full time, and in the beginning, the role is expected to consist of 80% customer service and 20% relationships coordination. As our business grows, your role trajectory may be either moving into customer service full time or moving into relationships coordination full time.

We launched in 2016, supplying business owners with a small range of equipment online. The cosmetic tattoo industry has been booming as a multi billion dollar market for the last 3+ years, with huge growth since our launch. We now have a team of 6 staff, who work from an open office and warehouse in Adelaide, have a healthy customer base and stock approximately 500 products.
From the very beginning, Brow Shop has been a community more than a store. With a reputation for a comprehensive range, and genuine, consistent service, we’re both the largest and the leading cosmetic tattoo supplier in Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll be the conduit that feeds a vital understanding of the industry, and the experience of our customers, into the company. You are primarily concerned with creating and nurturing a network of people that stand with us to create a cosmetic tattoo industry that is open, inclusive and collaborative.
You find engaging with people all day energising, and seek genuine connection with them. You believe that great organisations are built on relationships, and you see opportunity in every interaction with every customer. You have a good balance of being process driven, detail oriented, and people-focussed, as well as being creative and adaptable to change. You’re experienced in squeezing everything possible out of CRMs, and you’re excited to get involved and be hands on. It’s also a plus if you have experience in ecommerce and the cosmetic tattoo industry and relevant procedures.
You have 2+ years experience in some form of customer service and/or relationship management.
