Free EXPRESS Shipping on orders over $149 AUD! For when you just can't wait to flaunt those fabulous brows.

For orders under $149 AUD:

• Standard Shipping: Just $10 AUD. Your brow magic will be on its way before you know it! (FYI: Bulky items may need to be sent via road transit and may not qualify for express shipping.)
• Express Shipping: A speedy $15 AUD. Perfect for those eyebrow emergencies! (FYI: Bulky items may not be able to be sent express due to size and weight.)

Bulky Items : Some larger items—including dental bibs, wax heaters, and other big beauties—may need to be sent by road transit due to their size and weight. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details, so be sure to check for updates! Due to the sheer volume of orders we receive, we can’t notify everyone individually when this happens—so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

P.S. During super busy times (like the holiday hustle), parcels might take a bit longer to arrive. If you’re itching for a speedy delivery, our Express Post option will save the day (as long as your items aren’t too bulky!).

Hey there, Brow Beauties! If you’re not feeling the love with your purchase, don’t worry - we’ve got your back! We’re all about high-quality goodies and high-fives, so if your product doesn’t tickle your fancy or has gone rogue on you, return it to us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Here’s the scoop:

1. A-List Condition Only: Make sure your returned item is still rocking that brand-new look - unused, in its original packaging, and with all parts and accessories.

2. Bubble Wrap? Pfft. To ensure your return doesn’t arrive looking like it went on a wild adventure, pack it up nice and snug. A box is your best friend here - bubble wrap or padded bags might not be enough to keep things safe.

3. Damage Control: If the product arrives damaged, it might affect your return. So, pack it carefully, and drop us a note with your return reason, order number, and any other juicy details we should know.

Refunds & Return Costs:

• Digital Downloads: Sorry, these are non-returnable. Once you’ve downloaded, it’s yours to love or leave.
• Refund Processing: Refunds go back to the original payment method. Expect it to show up in 2-3 business days.
• Return Shipping Costs: You’ll cover the return shipping costs. And, just a heads-up - if you get a refund, those shipping costs will be deducted from it.
