International Shipping

 

International Shipping Rates will vary per country.

To see the shipping cost for your country, proceed to checkout after adding your wanted products to your cart and use the shipping calculator at checkout.

If you wish to have DHL as your preferred shipping courier, please select DHL SHIPPING option on the shipping options at checkout. 

If DHL is not selected, your parcel will be shipped with Australia Post.

Custom, Duties and Tax Fees

*Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping rate, these fees will be based of your country's importing regulations and are the parcel receiver's responsibility to pay.

If your parcel is returned back to us due to duties and taxes not being paid, all refunds processed will not include the shipping cost of your order, or any costs associated with having item shipped back to us.

Some countries require a specific permit on importing products and we highly recommend to check that prior ordering to ensure there are no delays.

Tracking your parcel - International orders

  • Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address, email and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse.
  • Once your order has been shipped off you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • It is important to keep your tracking number as once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the recipient to keep up to date on the status of the parcel.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel!

What happens if my parcel is sent back? 

If your parcel has been returned to us and you would like it re-sent or refunded, please email us on support@browshop.com.au. We will only be able to re-send or refund your parcel once it arrives back to our warehouse. Our team will send you an email to notify you when your parcel arrives to our warehouse. 

Please note for parcels to be re-sent there will be shipping payment fee required.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
