The Gagliano is upholstered in soft PU vinyl with contemporary channelled stitching throughout the centre of the chair with white piping on its seat and back cushions and arms. Delivery is a ‘door-to-door‘ service only. Couriers are unable to take products into your rooms or up stairs and small lifts. Drivers will also not unpack and take rubbish away.

**RESIDENTIAL** – Couriers are unable to call in advance & if you are unavailable to receive your delivery all items will be left with an ‘authority to leave‘ in a safe place. If the courier deems the delivery address to be unsafe to leave your items, they will be taken back to the depot and you will be charged a re-delivery fee.

**COMMERCIAL ADDRESS** – Couriers are unable to call in advance & if you are unavailable to receive your delivery all items will be returned to the depot. You will be charged a redelivery fee.

‘Delivery time’ is time in transit and does not include warehouse processing and packing times or pre-order timeframes.

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST will zoom out the door the same day—unless it's a weekend or a public holiday, in which case we’ll have to take a little break and send it out the next business day.

For orders under $149 AUD:

Standard Shipping: Just $9.99 AUD. Your brow magic will be on its way before you know it! (FYI: Bulky items may need to be sent via road transit and may not qualify for express shipping.)
Express Shipping: A speedy $14.99 AUD. Perfect for those eyebrow emergencies! (FYI: Bulky items may not be able to be sent express due to size and weight.)

Bulky Items : Some larger items—including dental bibs, wax heaters, and other big beauties—may need to be sent by road transit due to their size and weight. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details, so be sure to check for updates! Due to the sheer volume of orders we receive, we can’t notify everyone individually when this happens—so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

P.S. During super busy times (like the holiday hustle), parcels might take a bit longer to arrive. If you’re itching for a speedy delivery, our Express Post option will save the day (as long as your items aren’t too bulky!).

Hey there, Brow Beauties! If you’re not feeling the love with your purchase, don’t worry - we’ve got your back! We’re all about high-quality goodies and high-fives, so if your product doesn’t tickle your fancy or has gone rogue on you, return it to us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Here’s the scoop:

1. A-List Condition Only: Make sure your returned item is still rocking that brand-new look - unused, in its original packaging, and with all parts and accessories.

2. Bubble Wrap? Pfft. To ensure your return doesn’t arrive looking like it went on a wild adventure, pack it up nice and snug. A box is your best friend here - bubble wrap or padded bags might not be enough to keep things safe.

3. Damage Control: If the product arrives damaged, it might affect your return. So, pack it carefully, and drop us a note with your return reason, order number, and any other juicy details we should know.

Digital Downloads: Sorry, these are non-returnable. Once you’ve downloaded, it’s yours to love or leave.

Return Shipping Costs: You’ll cover the return shipping costs. And, just a heads-up - if you get a refund, those shipping costs will be deducted from it.
