02. 2 Close-up Model Demos -  Visualize how to fix overprocessed lashes, as well as lashes with 70% new growth, with some remaining kink/curl (a very common scenario for regular clients!).

03. 1 month of access to the masterclass from the purchase date.

1. A-List Condition Only: Make sure your returned item is still rocking that brand-new look - unused, in its original packaging, and with all parts and accessories.

2. Bubble Wrap? Pfft. To ensure your return doesn’t arrive looking like it went on a wild adventure, pack it up nice and snug. A box is your best friend here - bubble wrap or padded bags might not be enough to keep things safe.

3. Damage Control: If the product arrives damaged, it might affect your return. So, pack it carefully, and drop us a note with your return reason, order number, and any other juicy details we should know.
